How this assessment handles personal information, in plain terms. If anything here is unclear, write to james@creativehuddle.co.uk.
This assessment is operated by Creative Huddle. When you run a Team Assessment for your organisation, you are the data controller for your participants, and Creative Huddle is the data processor acting on your instructions. For the individual Leader Assessment and the newsletter, Creative Huddle is the controller.
For the Leader Assessment: your name, email and the answers you give, plus your consent choice for the newsletter. For the Team Assessment: the names and emails of the people the leader invites, the group each person is placed in, and each person's answers. For account holders: the email used to sign in.
Individual answers are never shown to the leader or to anyone else on their own. Every result a leader sees is pooled across a group of at least five people. Below that threshold, no score is shown at all. The leader can see who has finished, so they know when to send a reminder, and never what any one person said.
To run the assessment, send invitations and reminders, produce the aggregate report, take payment for the Pro tier, and, where you have opted in, send the fortnightly newsletter. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We use a small set of trusted providers to run the service: Supabase for the database and sign-in, Resend for invitations and reminders, MailerLite for the newsletter, Stripe for payments, and Anthropic for the written analysis. Each handles only what its job requires. Data is encrypted at rest.
Participant emails and responses are deleted twelve months after an assessment closes, unless you renew it. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe, which is one click in any email.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to james@creativehuddle.co.uk and we will respond within a month.
When you upgrade a Team Assessment to Pro, the data processing terms between you as controller and Creative Huddle as processor apply. They cover the points above: purpose, confidentiality, the providers we use, retention, and your participants' rights.
